  1. Scope

    1. Your use of this website and purchase of any products from EdiBee is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing this website, you agree to Edibee’s Terms and Conditions as set out in this section. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must leave the website.

    2. This document does not affect any statutory rights, you have as a consumer.

    3. EdiBee reserves the right, from time to time, to change these Terms and Conditions at EdiBee’s discretion. The Terms and Conditions in place at time of visiting this website or purchasing any of EdiBee’s products, will be the one applicable.

    4. These terms shall take precedence over any terms and conditions referred to in a customer’s purchase order, confirmation of order or other document provided by our customers.

    5. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, EdiBee values and respects privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please check our privacy policy.

    6. References to ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘ours’ in these terms and conditions, are references to EdiBee.

  2. EdiBee products

    1. All products on offer by EdiBee are subject to availability. If any product is not available, EdiBee will contact you to discuss changing your order, or refund your payment. The choice is yours and EdiBee requires verbal or written confirmation of a change in order. If we are unable to get hold of you, we will refund your payment.

    2. Any images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. EdiBee’s products, and lunches may vary. The contents of the product will be as specified in your order, unless there has been a mutual agreement of a change in order (see 2.1).

    3. In order to provide children with a variety of foods, we will change our menu frequently.

    4. This website will provide information about the name of the foods with the full list of ingredients. With every order, we ask if your child has any allergies, this information is solely used for the safety of your child and the preparation of your order. If your child has any allergies, we may contact you to discuss further. Unfortunately, as EdiBee lunches are prepared on a site where allergens are also handled, we cannot guarantee that its lunches are completely free from allergens. EdiBee aims to make special dietary lunches available in the future.

    5. EdiBee strives to provide fresh, local, organically sourced ingredients for our lunches, and our menus will be updated to source seasonal ingredients. For some ingredients, EdiBee may need to source ingredients from further afield. 

    6. Once EdiBee confirms your order per email, and you have paid for your order, your order becomes a binding contract. You must ensure that your order is accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. EdiBee is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.

    7. If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not made any arrangements, we will cancel your order free or charge. If we have already started to process your order, for example by purchasing ingredients or making your order, we can unfortunately no longer cancel your order. A part refund may be available upon discussion.

    8. Customers may return any purchased item(s) within 14 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price of those, provided they remain unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return. The cost of returning any goods will be paid by the customer unless the goods were sent in error. 

    9. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

    10. EdiBee may subcontract the preparation or logistics of order delivery to third parties as EdiBee feels would be most beneficial to its customers.

  3. Prices

    1. EdiBee’s prices for lunches and any other goods are quoted on our website. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT

    2. Prices may change from time to time, but a price change will not affect any previous confirmed orders

    3. It may be possible that incorrectly priced items are listed on our website. As part of our order confirmation process, we will check prices. If incorrect prices are identified, we may reject your order, or contact you to agree on a new price. If the pricing error is obvious and could have been reasonably recognised by its customers, EdiBee is under no obligation to supply products at an incorrect lower price, even after we have sent a confirmation of the order.

    4. For some products and/or destinations, a delivery charge may apply. You will be notified as part of the check-out process of any delivery charges.

    5. Free or discounted introductory offers may be available to new or current customers of EdiBee. Discounts provided to individuals cannot be exchanged for cash and are restricted to the account it was provided to.

  4. Website

    1. Any content on EdiBee’s website is EdiBee’s property. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, create look alike content based on EdiBee’s materials without the written consent of EdiBee / the copyright holder.

    2. By using Edibee’s website, you agree not to impersonate any other person, harm or damage the website’s content or use upload any inappropriate content.

    3. EdiBee may contact you by using email and you expressly agree to this. EdiBee will only contact you by phone relating to specific issues related to your order.

    4. Edibee takes reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on its website is accurate and reliable. EdiBee gives no warranty that any of the content on this site will be accurate or complete.

    5. EdiBee’s website contains links to other websites, including social media and other related services that may be useful for EdiBee’s customers. EdiBee does not control, endorse, nor is responsible for these websites or the information that can be found on these. EdiBee does engage in different social media channels, and Edibee welcomes its customer’s engagement and feedback on the content on social media and its website.

  5. Customer obligations, as a customer, you warrant us that:

    1. You have the authority and are legally capable to order our products and enter this agreement and you are over 18years of age.

    2. The information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete.

  6. Intellectual property rights

    1. All rights relating to our products or website, including (food science) information, lunch & eating ideas, graphics/images and general know-how created by or on behalf of EdiBee are owned by EdiBee or Edibee Licensors.

    2. Any material submitted by you to EdiBee, including reviews and feedback, ideas, will be regarded as non-confidential and non-proprietary by EdiBee and may be used as EdiBee sees fit. We welcome to discuss/receive any ideas and feedback from our customers.

  7. If your goods are damaged and/or there is an item missing then this MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if possible, but due to the limited amount of each product made replacements may not always be available. If this occurs you will be allowed to choose an alternative product of equivalent value or receive a full refund of your purchase, including shipping costs. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost.

  8. Due to the nature of our handmade products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return. 

  9. Liability

    1. ​Nothing in this agreement shall limit the liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or any fraudulent misrepresentation where liability cannot be limited by law

    2. Neither EdiBee, nor the customer shall be liable to the other for any monetary losses, goodwill or business opportunities, or for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expense arising out of this contract or the products/services purchased.

  10. Termination

    1. Either party can terminate this agreement with immediate effect at any time on written notice to the other. You as a customer can remove your account details from our website, or request for your details to be removed

    2. Feedback

      • EdiBee tries to avoid any disputes, if you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. 

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any of the information that we collect from you, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. It is likely that we will need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Feel free to come back from time to time to check the latest version. If there are any major changes, we will let all registered accounts know by email.

To offer our services, we collect our customers’ names, contact information (email, phone-number, address), some demographic information (eg. number and ages of your children) and information that you may provide to us in any of our surveys – such as food likes & dislikes).

We require this information to service you better, such as to inform you of your orders and our offerings and to improve our products and services.

 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to protect personal data, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures for any files containing personal data.
