My kids love to complete little charts to tick off. It is satisfying when you have completed something, and it feels like an achievement.
This little chart is developed to do just that. Whilst providing kids with a more varied diet. The foods on the list, are some of the most common fruits and vegetables consumed in the UK. You can download a pdf below.
Each time your child tries (a little taste) of the fruit or vegetables in the pictures, they can add a little tick next to it. Once a circle is completed, they receive a little reward in the form of a sticker.
